What we pair on
Your agent setup: one instruction file the tools you use can all read, the commands an agent may run, and the ones it must never run.
Tests first: we pick a real task, write or tighten the tests that define done, then let an agent implement against them while you watch how it goes wrong and how to catch it.
Review and debt: a merge checklist for agent pull requests, and a short, ordered list of the debt worth paying down first.
How a block runs
We open with Ask, the first step of the Of One method, and pin down the problem before touching code: who owns the change, what done looks like, what the repo does today and what cannot change.
The rest is hands on keyboards. You leave with merged changes, written notes and a workflow you can run on Monday without us.
