What a process is

A business process is one job your team repeats, start to finish: from what starts it to a finished result you can check. For example, a dependency bump becomes a reviewed pull request.

Each one belongs to one team, with one owner on your side, and runs in the tools you already use. Bigger jobs are split, and you approve the list.

A process counts toward your 5 from the day work starts until it is live and your team has taken it over, or until you drop it.

What each becomes

A working automation that runs on your real work, in your own accounts, and has passed a test your owner signed off.

A person approves anything that can’t be undone. If it fails, it falls back to today’s way, and your owner can run it.

Three levels

Build comes in three levels, and each adds to the one before it. Each level has a three-month minimum term.

Build · $15,000 a month

Up to 5 business processes at once.

Build Plus · $25,000 a month

Up to 10 business processes at once. Adds processes that talk to your customers live or touch health, payment or student records, same-day requests, and 2 of your people trained as champions.

Build Program · $50,000 a month

Up to 20 business processes at once, across departments. Adds a named person on call around the clock as your backup, one shared platform piece at a time, and an MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review.

New software products and replacing a core system are each quoted separately.

Who does the work

You work side by side with our build-with-you coaches, who ship in your codebase. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you.

The agents work only on your code and systems, and a shared rotation is on call 24/7 with response times in writing.

What we do

We set up the harness your agents run in: instruction files, branch rules, CI gates, test coverage where it matters, and monitoring on what reaches production.

We ship alongside you, one reviewable pull request at a time, and pay down the debt that slows every change.

We cover you through a shared 24/7 on-call rotation with response times in writing, because a failing deploy or a broken pipeline should not wait until morning.

How an engagement runs

Scope: using the Of One method, we agree what done means, what must not break and what ships first.

Ship: small changes land early, each behind tests, and the backlog shrinks in the open.

Hand over: you learn each piece well enough to edit it yourself, so the codebase stays yours.

Upgrade: new models and tools get trialed on your repo and adopted only when they beat what you have.
